Can I use the weight management meal plans for my athletes if they need help with their diets?

Yes, you can use the 55%/20%/25% meal plans for your athletes and then just substitute a post recovery shake instead of the meal replacement shake. Of course the ProGrade Varsity shake will be after workouts or practices and not necessarily at lunch like the meal plan shows.
