Quick Weight Loss Tips for Workouts

Here's a quick weight loss tip about a common roadblock in successful healthy weight loss: the plateau effect.  This can happen for various reasons, but a common one is your workout.  Your body prefers the path of least resistance so if you give it the same workout every other day it will adapt enough to make that workout easier and not so hard.  Result: you plateau

Your body won’t produce extra muscle or work extra hard if it doesn’t need to.  So you have to force your body to keep working harder.  The easiest way to do this is by changing your workouts every few weeks or alternating each individual workout so that your body has to keep adapting.  

Don’t ever let your body get into a comfortable routine regarding your workouts.  If so your progress will usually come to a halt or slow down considerably.  Quick weight loss tips like these will keep your healthy weight loss progress going.
