Prograde Pro Provides 3 Solutions For Skipped Meals
You see and hear about this damaging process all the time.
Maybe you’re affected by this very real situation that can become a habit and cause harm to not only your overall health and well-being but your fitness results.
I’m talking about ‘Skipping Meals’.
Most people are so busy these days; with careers, kids, and everyone else’s needs that we forget the most important aspect of life.
Our health. After all if we don’t have health…we can forget about the rest.
To keep your energy levels high and your metabolism working properly you first of all, should be consistent with your eating pattern and, second, making sure you’re consuming nutritious foods that your body can use as fuel. So you should eat 4-6 portioned meals throughout the day that consist of proteins, veggies and moderate carbohydrate.
Here are 3 great solutions that you can use if you find yourself consistently skipping meals which could be damaging your health:
1. Schedule One Day To Prepare For The Week
- I’ve found that Sundays are usually the best day to make this happen. You do your shopping for the week and while your in the mood, go ahead and prepare your meals for the upcoming days. This takes a little time for THIS day but pays huge dividends during the week days when you’re ready to eat. You’ll notice that you feel really good because you’re eating nutritious meals on schedule.
2. Pack A Small Cooler
- I had a client lose 80 pounds in 7 months using this method. She just prepared her meals the night before, loaded them in her cooler in the morning and every time she was ready to eat she had it with her whether she was in her car or at her office. Again, this takes a little time to prepare but your health is worth it; isn’t it?
3. Use a Grade A Meal Replacement Shake
- Of course, nothing can replace solid nutrient rich food but it is inevitable that you are going to miss a meal at some point. For this reason, it’s always good to have a meal replacement shake available. I do have to tell you that not all meal replacemets are created equal.
- A good meal replacement should meet all Registered Dietitians recommendations and have plenty of fiber to keep you full and satisfied. One other very important note: It should taste REALLY good!
- The best meal replacement shake on the market is made by the Professionals at Prograde and that’s why I use it and recommend it to every single one of my clients.
There’s three great tips for you to help you prevent skipped meals. Your body is going to thank you for it.
Ask yourself 2 questions:
What’s going to happen if I take control of my health?

Very good tips! I even tend to fall into this category when I am working so hard on a project, and don’t take the time to stop and eat. No good comes out of that…as I just eat junk then!
